The KALIMERA companies named in our legal notice are responsible for the personal data collected through this site. One address for any question about it:
The KALIMERA teams who deal with your request, and two companies whose tools we use: Netlify, which hosts this site and stores what the forms send, and IONOS, which hosts our mailboxes.
Netlify is based in the United States. It takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, which cover transfers of personal data to the United States.
Only what each form needs to reply to you.
Legal bases: our legitimate interest in replying to you (contact form), steps taken at your request before a contract (event enquiry), your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (newsletter). Each form also records the language of the page; a name and an email address are the least we need to reply.
We never sell your details, never pass them to advertisers and never use them to build a profile of you.
This site sets no cookies until you accept the counting of visits. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own and tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, what they use on them (a restaurant’s menu, the quiz, the booking window, a call) and where they came from. Your answer is kept in your browser for six months, and you can change it at any time with “Cookies”, at the foot of every page.
Two other things come from other companies that may use their own cookies: the map on a restaurant’s page (Google) and the booking window (TheFork).
Three things are kept in your own browser and never sent to us: your answer about cookies, the restaurant you last looked at, so that the Menu and Book buttons know which one you mean, and the latest Instagram posts, for an hour, so the homepage loads faster.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use or ask us to limit it, take it elsewhere, and withdraw your consent. French law also lets you leave instructions about what should happen to your data after your death. Write to us at the address above: we answer within one month.
Not happy with how we have handled your data? Tell us at the same address: we acknowledge every complaint within 30 days and tell you what we have done about it. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: the CNIL in France, the ICO in the United Kingdom.
A few parts of the site come from other companies. To show them, your browser contacts their servers, which see your IP address, as any website you visit does.
Links to other sites (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeCanDoo, the press) lead to services that have their own rules.
