What you’ll cook

Depending on the session
  1. 01

    Chicken Greek for ‘little skewer’. In Athens the word also means the whole wrap. & homemade Thick Greek yoghurt dip. Ours is made with dill or with mint.

  2. 02

    Traditional Baked layers of aubergine, slow-cooked meat and béchamel.

  3. 03

    Pita with Creamy dip made with cured fish roe. & Firm, salty cheese from Cyprus that keeps its shape when cooked.

From scratch, start to finish. The olives and olive oil come from Télémaque’s family grove in the Peloponnese.

    Settle in

    A proper professional kitchen, plenty of room. First, the story of Greek food: the produce and the influences.

  2. 02

    Get the why

    Where each dish comes from, what the key ingredients do, how to prep, keep and plate it. So you can make it again at home.

  3. 03

    Cook

    Hands in. A full menu, made from scratch.

  4. 04

    Eat together

    Sit down and eat what you made, with a bottle of Greek wine.

Télémaque runs every workshop himself. He started KALIMERA from a food truck in London in 2015, and he still cooks every day.
